Vehicle size, travel, tolls, parking and any approved condition work are confirmed from the address and photos before the appointment is accepted—never invented at arrival.

Remove embedded pet hair from one seating row and the reachable carpet below it. Severe matting or cargo-area buildup receives a written price first.
Clean the reachable source area and apply a non-ozone neutralizer. Smoke saturation, mold and biohazards are outside this service.
Cool-engine wipe and careful low-moisture cleaning of reachable covers and painted edges. No pressure washing, disassembly or mechanical work.
Improve light-to-moderate exterior lens haze and finish with UV protection. Cracks, internal moisture and failed lenses require replacement—not detailing.
Chemically loosen embedded ferrous contamination on compatible exterior surfaces before rinsing. This does not remove scratches or etched damage.
Mechanically remove remaining bonded paint contamination after washing when the finish is suitable. Light marring can occur and polishing is not included.
Clean and condition serviceable finished leather after a material test. It cannot repair cracks, dye loss or worn coatings.
Clean and dress faded compatible exterior plastic for a darker, more even appearance. Permanently failed or chalked trim may not fully recover.
Deeper cleaning of reachable jambs, hinges and door edges beyond the standard wipe. Grease removal is limited to safe, accessible areas.

The menu includes paint-safe washing, interior cleaning, fabric extraction, careful decontamination, spray protection, light engine-bay surface cleaning and mild headlight clarity work where listed. It does not include machine polishing, scratch removal, bonded ceramic coating, paint-protection film, ozone treatment, seat removal, wet headliner work, mold, bodily fluids, pests or other unsafe contamination. If the photos show work outside the menu, Jay tells you before accepting the reservation.
