Confirm the scope
The starting condition and service boundaries are discussed before equipment comes out. If cleaning cannot repair the problem, you are told directly.
Work in sequence
Exterior, cabin, materials, wheels, glass, and finishing steps follow the selected package instead of a rushed collection of disconnected tasks.
Own the handoff
You walk the vehicle with Jay before the remaining balance is due. The result and any permanent damage are reviewed beside the car.
