Start with a legal private work area
Bespoke Cars NYC does not perform curbside service. Every appointment requires a legal, safe work area on private property with permission from the property owner or manager.
A private driveway, garage bay, residential parking area, office lot, or approved loading area may be suitable. City streets, highways, and municipal parking facilities are not service locations. The vehicle must be able to remain in the approved area without blocking traffic or emergency access.
Before booking, confirm building rules involving vendor access, working hours, water use, drainage, noise, or equipment. Sharing those restrictions early prevents a delay after arrival.
Send current, honest condition photos
Send clear, current views of the exterior, front cabin, rear cabin or cargo area, and the area that concerns you most. Photograph salt, sand, pet hair, spills, stains, damaged trim, or scratched paint in normal light.
There is no need to clean the vehicle before taking the photos. An accurate view helps Jay separate cleaning needs from damage that may require restoration.
Make arrival and access predictable
Tell Bespoke Cars NYC about gates, security desks, loading-dock hours, garage height limits, vendor registration, and designated parking instructions before the appointment.
At a residence, make sure the vehicle and work area are accessible at the confirmed start time. At an office or managed building, provide someone who can authorize entry if you will be unavailable.
Plan for about two hours for Essential, three hours for Signature, and four hours for Deep Clean. Vehicle condition, access, and safe material response can affect the final handoff time.
Prepare the cabin without hiding its condition
Remove cash, medication, documents, electronics, firearms, jewelry, and other valuables. Take out loose personal items that you do not want handled, including fragile accessories.
Point out delicate aftermarket controls, loose trim, known leaks, or surfaces that already have damage. The goal is safe access while preserving an honest view of the condition being addressed.
Review the vehicle together before work begins
Jay begins with a condition walkaround and confirms the planned scope before equipment comes out. Existing scratches, stains, material damage, access limitations, and safety concerns are identified at this stage.
A $50 reservation deposit is applied to the selected package total. The remaining balance is due after the final walkthrough. If the vehicle needs work outside the current cleaning menu, that is addressed before work begins rather than through a surprise price change.
